Company Chanel began producing watches in 1987. The first collection presented in
1987 was symbolically called Premiere. The watches of this collection are notable

Premiere
It name is in homage to the first watch from the Chanel “atelier”. The “premieire”
is always discreet but plays a key role in the fashion world. The facetted octagonal
watchcase takes its inspiration from the shape of place Vendome and the stopper
of the N.5 perfume bottle. The bracelet is interlaced with leather straps for the
balck version or rubber straps for the white.making a clear reference to the chain
of the classic Chanel handbag.
MADEMOSSELLE
The “Mademoisell” with its large square watchcase and pure clean lines is in homage
to the art deco spirit. Poignantly linked to Gabrielle Chanel‘s personal history
for the carefully selected cultured pearls mounted one by one on five gold stands.
